Stewart Title works directly and promptly with our North American clients on pre-approvals and final mortgage approvals. One can expect 7-10 days for the pre-approval and approx 30-40 days before the monies can be funded.

Most attractively are the interest rates which vary between 7-12 %. Terms and conditions are dependent on the applicant’s needs.

Interestingly, monies borrowed in Costa Rica do NOT appear on a North American’s credit report.
